  As this is a family run guesthouse there are some house rules to be followed by the guests:

1. It is required that the guests at check out deliver the house as it was during check in: tidy and clean.
2. However, if the guests do not want to do their own cleaning, we can provide cleaning services for an extra charge.
3. Even though we rent out the place for gatherings it is important to note this is not a venue! So loud music is not allowed and chill music by the pool should be turned off by 8pm and guests can continue to swim or sit around the pool till 11 pm.
4. Parties and dinners are not allowed beside the pool
5. The parking can fit 6 cars so inform us before arrival if more cars will be coming.
6. There is a separate parking for motorcycles please inform us before arrival as well.
7. All form of smoking is not allowed inside. A limited amount of Arguilé (Hookah) can be ordered by delivery.
8. If you wish to have a barbecue at the location, we can provide you with a big barbecue/grill for an extra 15$ fee.
9. The amount of the reservation must be paid in total maximum upon arrival.
10. A 100$ security deposit is required to be paid upon arrival that will be returned to the guest at check out.
